About Competition Dance at ADC
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive competitive dance program for dancers ages three through eighteen this includes: Competition Company, Competition Crew, and Tiny Team. Each dancer receives weekly training in multiple dance styles and is assigned routines to compete throughout the season. Our studio features three team levels, providing opportunities for both experienced competitive dancers and those new to the competitive dance world. We would love to connect with you to share more about our program and explore how you can grow with our team!
We hold our all of our competition dancers to a high standard in many areas. Respect, loyalty, and integrity are key elements in our program. Our dancers know the value of hard work and creating fun, meaningful memories along the way!
Competition Company
Our Competition Company consists of dancers on an advanced track to compete a full season! Our Competition Company goes to conventions during the season and monthly competitions from January through June. Our Competition Company season goes from June to June!

Competition Crew
ADC Crew is the perfect spot to give your dancer a step into competition dance without having to commit to a whole season!
Your Crew dancer will attend 3 competitions, starting with the first competition typically in March and ending with nationals in June. This ends up being 2 regionals and 1 nationals competition. Dancers on Crew take weekly classes in our Recreational Dance track with an added in separate weekly one hour class to work on technique and one single group routine that they will take to two regionals and one nationals!

Tiny Team
Our Tiny Team was created for dancers that may not be quite old enough for our Mini Team, but still want to participate! The goal of our Tiny Team is to give your little one a step into competition dance without having to commit to a whole season. Practices will start at the beginning of February and will go through Nationals at the beginning of June. Our Tiny Team will practice their routine 30 minutes a week and go to our May Regional Competition and Nationals Competition June. They also perform at our Competition Showcase in town in April.
